I’m an IT professional from Northeast Pennsylvania with several years of experience helping people and small businesses solve technology problems.
I created this site because I think getting good technology help should be simple. You shouldn’t have to deal with confusing jargon, call centers, or get pushed into services you don’t need just to get something working again.
My approach is straightforward: listen to the problem, explain your options in plain English, and help you find a solution that makes sense.
How I got into IT
I’ve always enjoyed figuring out how things work and solving problems. That eventually led me into IT, where I’ve worked hands-on with everything from everyday computer problems to business networks, servers, cloud services, backups, and more.
What I enjoy most isn’t the technology itself—it’s taking a problem that seems complicated and getting it working again.
